Description

The AASSQLM Executive Master Black Belt Portfolio Assessment is conducted after the EMBB Examination to validate the candidate’s executive experience, strategic contribution, transformation achievements, mentoring role, and measurable organizational impact.

This assessment ensures that candidates who pass the examination also demonstrate the leadership maturity and enterprise-level capability expected from an Executive Master Black Belt.

• Review strategic improvement initiatives led by the candidate.
• Evaluate leadership, mentoring, and organizational influence.

Eligibility Criteria

This assessment is open to candidates who:

• Have appeared for or successfully completed the EMBB Certification Examination.
• Have senior-level experience in quality, operations, business excellence, consulting, or transformation leadership.
• Have led strategic improvement or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Possess experience in mentoring leaders, managers, Black Belts, or improvement teams.
• Can provide documented evidence of leadership, projects, achievements, or professional references.

Certification Pathway
